Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am (Eastern Standard Time) on July 18, 2007. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on August 17, 2007. Not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone, computer or on-line or internet systems or services. Not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering this sweepstakes or downloading any material for this sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. One Grand Prize winner and 10 Second Place Winners will be selected from a random drawing held on or about August 21, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes and approximate retail values: (1) Grand Prize: Two tickets to Spamalot (Orch/Mezz voucher worth $222.50).  The voucher will be good through September 2007 for Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday night performances with some blackout dates. In addition, the grand prize winner will receive a cast recording CD ($20), a t-shirt ($25) a baseball cap ($22) and a keychain ($10). Total prize pack is $299.50. All other expenses relating to the Grand Prize package not specified are the sole responsibility of winner. Second Place Prize: Spamalot t-shirt (retail - $25), Spamalot Baseball cap (retail - $22), Grail Key Chain (Retail - $10), Coconut Halves set (retail - $15), Magnet (retail - $10), Umbrella (Retail - $10), Cast Recording CD (Retail - $20). Total value of second place prize: approximately $120. Open to legal residents of the United States who, as of July 18, 2007, are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Situation Marketing, Monty Python’s Spamalot, and Hamptons.com (the “Sponsors”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household are not eligible. Acceptance of Grand Prize or Second Place Prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. In the event of any dispute as to who submitted an online entry (email), the entry shall be deemed submitted by the “authorized holder” of the email account. The “authorized holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.). Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in this sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, Sponsors determine that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors’ representatives.
